The 49th Annual BC Mine Reclamation Symposium offers multiple registration categories to accommodate delegates, students, workshop participants, and mine tour attendees.
Full Symposium Package
Includes:
Access to all Technical Sessions on September 23 - 24, 2026, conference materials, Welcome Reception and Banquet Awards Dinner, lunches and all refreshment breaks.
Mine tours must be purchased separately.
Early Bird Rate (before June 1): $965 CAD ($100 savings)
Regular Rate (June 1 onwards): $1065 CAD
The Technical and Research Committee on Reclamation (TRCR) supports the participation of First Nations and Community Members interested in participating in the 49th Annual Mine Reclamation Symposium. Interested parties, are invited to apply for subsidies by submitting a request. See below for more information on how to apply.

Mine Tours
Student Registration Package
The Technical and Research Committee on Reclamation (TRCR) supports the participation of BC post-secondary students in the Mine Reclamation Symposium through scholarships and volunteer opportunities. Students can apply to volunteer at the Symposium, submit a paper or poster, and/or apply for the Jake McDonald Memorial Scholarship. See below for more information.

Regular Rate: $175 CAD (no early bird rate)
A limited number of spaces available and must be pre-approved by the planning committee. Once approved, a discount code for registration will be provided. Please email bctrcrplanning@gmail.com for more details.
BC Post Secondary Students
Scholarships for students of British Columbia post secondary educational institutions (limited number available). See attached for more information on how to apply.

Full PPE required, including safety vest, steel toed footwear, hard hat, safety goggles or prescription glasses.
