How long does the Early Bird rate last?     

This year we are offering an Early Bird Registration rate of $965 for those registering and paying in full before June 1. After June 1, the rate increases to $1065.

 

Why do I see a credit card processing fee on my statement?     

Due to the rising cost of credit card transaction fees, all charges will include a 3% transaction fee.

 

Will I need to download any apps or software to participate in the virtual conference?     

Chrome and Firefox are the recommended browsers. Please note, Safari and Explorer may not work, and are not recommended.

 

I have questions about the Symposium, who can I speak to?

How do I purchase a Sponsorship and/or Exhibitor Package?

All Sponsorship and Exhibitor Packages can be purchased through the registration site.

What is the deadline to register?

Please register online by Tuesday, September 8.

 

CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

 

How do I cancel or change my registration?

Before August 14, 2026

If you wish to cancel your registration, full fees will be refunded, less a $100 administration fee.

 

After August 14, 2026

If you wish to cancel your registration, after August 14th, no fees will be refunded but name changes will be accepted.
